At Vanquish Integrated People Solutions we like to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients. That’s why we employ a dedicated technical team and onsite engineers to provide thorough after-sales support whenever you need a hand.

Our team are available over the phone, online and in person to assist you and ensure your system continues to perform smoothly for your business.

To ensure our customers receive optimum performance from our solutions and for added peace of mind, Vanquish-IPS offers a number of Service Level Agreements to its customer base.

Customers can choose from three levels of Service Level Agreements.

Remote, Standard & Priority Levels

All solutions provided by Vanquish-IPS come with ‘remote’ level subscription as standard.

Customers that opt for Standard and Priority Agreements will receive access to software updates within the software version purchased from Vanquish-IPS together with a set number of callout credits to resolve issues that cannot the resolved remotely.

Priority subscribers benefit from a dedicated Support Manager, reduced callout response times for lodged requests as well as a free annual onsite health check of the system.

Support costs are based upon your individual system setup, configuration, number of users and required support level.

Support contracts are for a minimum 12 month subscription.

Why not fix the cost and commit to a 3yr or 5yr term and benefit from no inflationary price increases of 5% per annum?

Support contracts operate from 1/11 – 31/10 and will be invoiced pro-rata dependant on when taken out
